marmot spirit gaming（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリケーション「Marmot Run（マーモットラン）」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリはサーバーを持たないクライアント完結型のアプリです。ユーザー登録・ログイン機能はなく、当方が独自にユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存することはありません。スコアや設定などのプレイデータは、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリは、広告配信のため Google が提供する AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・最適化のために、広告識別子（IDFA / Google 広告ID）等の情報を取得する場合があります。取得された情報の取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
EU・EEA・英国のユーザーに対しては、Google が提供する User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて、広告のパーソナライズに関する同意確認を行います。ユーザーはいつでも同意内容を変更できます。
iOS版では、Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークに基づき、アプリ起動時にトラッキング許可のダイアログを表示します。ユーザーが許可しない場合、広告のパーソナライズは行われませんが、本アプリの基本機能は変わらずご利用いただけます。
本アプリには、プレイ結果のスクリーンショットをOSの共有機能（共有シート）経由でSNS等に共有する機能があります。この機能は端末のOS標準機能を利用するものであり、当方のサーバーを経由してデータが送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を主な対象としたアプリではありません。当方は児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更等に応じて、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

marmot spirit gaming ("we", "us") has established this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in our application "Marmot Run" (the "App").
This App operates entirely on the client side with no backend server. There is no user registration or login, and we do not independently collect or store any personal information. Gameplay data such as scores and settings are stored only on the user's device.
This App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect information such as advertising identifiers (IDFA / Google Advertising ID) to serve and optimize ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled.
For users in the EU, EEA, and UK, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent for ad personalization. Users may change their consent choices at any time.
On iOS, this App displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt on launch. If tracking is not authorized, ads will not be personalized, but all core features of the App remain fully available.
This App includes a feature to share a screenshot of your play results via the device's native OS share sheet. This feature relies solely on the device's built-in sharing functionality; no data is transmitted through any server operated by us.
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice to reflect changes in applicable law or the App's functionality. Any changes take effect once posted on this page.
